How long does the photo session take?
The actual photo session should not take more than an hour depending on your pet's mood and personality(might run a little longer for more pets). But we like to spend some time with your pet prior to shooting, so that your pet feels more comfortable and at ease.
What should I expect from the photo shoot?
We will travel to a location of your choice with all the equipment needed for the session. We try to capture your pet in the places where they feel comfortable and accustomed. The portraits are meant to look natural… Photos are captured by carefully considering composition, lighting & style
How do I book a session?
You can contact us via email at johnrey.alvarado@yahoo.com, you can also use our contact page or you can give us a call at (808) 780 8911/8211. A deposit and contract will be required for reserving a date.
How long until I get my pictures?
It generally takes us about a week and a half to process and edit all your photos. You may then visit our online proofing for proofing and ordering pictures. When you have proofed and chosen your top picks. A CD with all the chosen hi res pictures will be mailed to your current location. The photos are good for enlargements all the way to 40X60 Prints. for larger or unique prints please let us know before we ship the CD. Your order can be rushed for and additional fee.
How do I prepare for the shoot?
It is a good idea to walk or play with your pet right before the session it helps them get rid of some energy so they wont be so hyper and are easier to work with Some people like to groom their pets, but is not necessary. You can also spend time with your pet in the places where you would like their photos taken,
When and how do I make payments?
There is a fee when bookinng an appointment. the rest of the Payment for the session is due in full by the day of the Photo session. Once you place your order you will receive an invoice and prints are done after payment is received. We accept pay pal, checks and cash.
